MISSING UPDATE: A body, believed to be that of missing man Bruce from East Horsley, was found in woodland in Gomshall yesterday (Saturday, 17 May).
Surrey Police and Surrey Search and Rescue had been searching the area when they discovered the body.
Although formal identification is yet to take place, Bruce’s family are aware and our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time.
Enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances of the death, although it is not believed there is any third party involvement at this time.
Our thoughts are with Bruce’s family and friends at this sad time.
