Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has thrown its support for Reigatians AFC on behalf of the community at its Westvale Park development in nearby Horley, Surrey.
Established in 1923 to provide competitive and social football for the students at Reigate Grammar School, Reigatians AFC has been at the heart of the community for 100 years and currently has six teams of varying abilities. The support from Crest Nicholson will enable the club to provide the team with up to date, high quality equipment for training and match days.
Gordon Walker, Chair of Reigatians AFC, said: “Reigatians AFC is made up of many skilled and committed players, organised by a hard-working committee. We would not be able to continue to run without the generosity of our local and dedicated sponsors, so it’s great for us to be working with a company committed to supporting the local area. Thanks to Crest Nicholson for providing us with crucial equipment for our training sessions and match days, including corner flags, match balls, net equipment, and training bibs.”
Eileen Guihen, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South, added: “We are proud to support Reigatians AFC, who has been a focal part of the community for the past century, with equipment to help them succeed in their training sessions and on game days. Best of luck to the team for their upcoming season!”
Crest Nicholson’s Westvale Park development is just four miles from Reigatians AFC’s training ground at Priory Park. Comprising a selection of two to five bedroom homes, with a range of five different house types, there’s something on offer for a variety of prospective buyers, from first time buyers, to growing families looking to upsize, and downsizers.
