Beaverbrook is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Systems Supervisor to join our hotel finance team. This important role involves managing all accounts receivable functions, including membership accounts, debt collections, guest ledger, and AR ledger management. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, leading monthly AR meetings and supporting the month-end financial close processes, with a focus on bank and balance sheet reconciliations.

In addition to accounts receivable management, the role requires gaining expertise in financial systems related to AR and revenue management, providing systems support to operational teams, and assisting with audit requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

-Managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including debt collection and ledger maintenance.
-Leading monthly AR meetings with operational teams.
-Supporting month-end financial processes, including reconciliations.
-Providing systems support related to financial and revenue management.
-Assisting in audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Who you are:

-Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
-Experienced in accounts receivable or finance, ideally in hospitality.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems like Opera and Micros Simphony.
-Have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Salary: £35,000 per Annum plus Tronc
