We are now recruiting for a new role Events Executive to join our busy team.

The Role
As our Events Executive you will be helping to create the foundation work in this very exciting full-time role based within our Sales Team. The Events Executive will work alongside our Groups & Reservations Manager and Event Sales Manager, from handling event enquiries, preparing contracts to coordinating both private and corporate events that are truly unforgettable. In addition, you will be happy to provide support with reservations for rooms, restaurants and the Health Club & Spa.

The Reservations and Events team will work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) and on shifts to ensure all telephone calls are efficiently answered.

The Person
Our Events and Reservations Assistant will be familiar with working in events, and able to demonstrate their ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping calm and collected when under pressure. You will be naturally positive, an excellent communicator and driven by the challenge of consistently delivering the highest standards to our guests and clients.

-Previous event coordination experience, ideally in a high end or luxury environment.
-May suit an experienced hotel reservationist looking to transition into events. We are happy to consider travel, holiday, corporate or events bookings experience.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
-Strong administration and IT skills.
-Meticulous attention to detail.
-A genuine desire to work in hospitality and exceed expectations at every opportunity.

Salary: £25,000 plus commission and Tronc
