Luxury Country House Hotel

Applicants for this role will ideally have either experience working in a private estate garden or hold a horticultural qualification (NVQ or similar) or both. We also believe in providing professional development opportunities to employees in the early stages of their career who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.

Candidates will have experience with general garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, strimming and hedge cutting. In addition, candidates will have good practical skills, be hands-on, and have with reasonable plant knowledge.

Beaverbrook promotes a friendly and rewarding working environment, so it is important that candidates have a positive attitude, with good communication skills and are able to get on well with all other staff members.

Shift Pattern

-40 hours per week
-The ideal candidate will be flexible in working 1 in 8 weekends.
-The typical Summer shift pattern for this position will consist of 7am – 3:30pm.
-The typical Winter shift pattern for this position will consist of 8am-4:30pm.
-This position will be available from Tuesday 4th March 2025. 

Salary: From £25,000 dependent upon skills and experience plus annual members bonus

Applicants will ideally have a full driving license and own transport.
