We are seeking a solicitor to join and become an integral part of our commercial property team, which has been ranked in Chambers & Partners for the first time in 2025.
The successful candidate will will have responsibility for their own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner) so we would envisage they will have 1-2 PQE under their belt.
The individual should be hungry for personal development and to achieve growth for the department and firm. We would support them to mature as a solicitor and engage in business development to build their own network.
The work includes a mixture of grants and assignments of leases, sales and purchases, property finance, options and development matters, and independent legal advice matters. Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).
Organisational, communication and IT skills are essential, as is a high standard of client care. The working environment is friendly and supportive.
