Creative Arts Tutor Support – Part Time

Hours:
14.5 per week, Tuesday & Wednesday 8.45am – 5pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch each day)

Interview Date:
This will be a 2-stage process. Stage 1 interview Wednesday 4th September and Stage 2, Wednesday 11th September, an observed session in the department.

Salary:
£9587.28 per annum (£23,307 FTE)

About The Role
We are looking for looking for a Creative Arts Tutor Support to join our wonderful Creative Arts team at The Grange Centre in Bookham.
You will use your people skills and creative experience to support and help facilitate our Creative Arts sessions to encourage small groups of adults with disabilities to learn and develop their skills in a creative environment, helping to enhance communication and promote their overall wellbeing.
By joining the team you will instantly become part of our dedicated community, our ethos is person centred and you will see and feel this at every level. Our Creative Arts Centre allows people to explore their creativity, discover their strengths and ultimately have fun in a wide range of artistic disciplines. The whole of the team at The Grange delight in the wonderful creations that are dreamt of and brought to life by people in these sessions. Some even go on to be sold in our very own shop!

This role will certainly give you a huge sense of pride and joy, seeing the impact art, creativity and learning can have on people who come to sessions.
You will be supported by a welcoming team and provided with an extensive training programme to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
