At Beaverbrook, our Duty Managers play a key role in ensuring every Member, Resident and Guest enjoys a seamless and personalised five‑star experience. Warm, intuitive and knowledgeable, you will be a visible presence across the Estate and confident in delivering exceptional service.

 

The Role:

You will oversee Estate‑wide operations, supporting teams to deliver smooth daily service. With strong awareness of guest activity and business levels, you’ll manage:

– Guest movement, occupancy and VIP arrivals
– Spa, restaurant and event bookings
– Coordination between operational departments
– You will build genuine rapport with guests and ensure they receive consistent recognition and service at every touchpoint.

The Person:

We’re looking for someone who is:

– Professional, polished and people‑focused
– Calm, confident and proactive
– A strong communicator and multitasker
– Hands‑on with a positive, solutions‑driven approach
– Experienced in luxury hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role, is essential.
– Familiar with, or eager to work to, LQA‑style standards.

Shift Pattern:

5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Shifts include 07:00–15:00, 10:00–18:30, or 14:30–23:00.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, plus tronc
