Epsom Jazz Club presents the Blackhawk Quintet

Come and join us for a night of cool jazz performed by The Blackhawk Quintet, featuring a tribute to the 1950s West Coast legend, Shelly Manne.  The Blackhawk Quintet celebrates a clutch of golden performances captured live at the Blackhawk Jazz Club in San Francisco in September 1959. The band do this by connecting with the music of their corresponding original artists, but also by bringing their own originality to their performances.  Featuring Matt Skelton on drums, Jim Davison on trumpet, Mark Crooks on tenor saxophone, Leon Greening on the piano, and Jeremy Brown on the double bass.
