Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum, inclusive of service charge

The Role
-Taking and processing food and drink orders.
-Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
-Using your product knowledge to provide ultimate guest service.
-Report all guest feedback to the manager on duty in a timely manner.
-Being hands-on and present during service, at all times.
Training will be provided to ensure you meet our guest expectations.
The Person
-You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-A reliable and naturally positive individual, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Will have the ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required.
-Passionate about Food and Beverage, as well as, providing memorable guest experiences.
-Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern
-The ideal candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out of 7.
-The hours for this position typically consist of: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or 15:00-01:00, we are looking for candidates who would be available to work any of these shift times.
