Pippbrook House Tours – Heritage Open Days
Pippbrook House in Dorking is a Grade II* listed Victorian mansion, designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott. Built in 1856 and rich in architectural detail, the house has lived many lives – from private residence and museum to council headquarters and town library. Now, following recent restoration work, visitors have a unique opportunity to step inside and witness its revival.
Guests can explore Pippbrook House’s ground floor interiors, admire intricate wood carvings and decorative plasterwork, and learn about the building’s layered past and will also have access to the usually inaccessible bedrooms on the first floor.
